Where does MONSE ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international delivery times vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since MONSE often utilizes unique tailoring and deconstructed silhouettes, we recommend checking the specific measurements for each garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
Are taxes and duties included in international orders?
For international shipments, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most countries, ensuring no hidden fees upon delivery. If they are not calculated at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any local customs charges.
How should I care for my MONSE garments?
Due to the high-quality fabrics and intricate constructions used in our collections, we generally recommend professional dry cleaning. Specific care instructions are located on the inner label of each piece.
