Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MONSE designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
